Our Cabernet Sauvignon was sourced from four vineyards; one valley floor and three from hillside vineyards give the wine layers of dark fruit, mouth-watering acid and long rich finish. Malbec was added to give the wine it’s lush and elegant mouth feel and wonderful layers of rich cherry and plum fruit. Finally we added a dash of Petit Verdot to complement the wine profile.

The Red Wine has wonderful layers of rich cherry and black fruit. We added Cabernet Sauvignon for structure and give the wine long rich finish with mouth-watering acid. The Malbec adds the floral aroma and dark fruit flavors. Finally we added a dash of Petit Verdot to complement the wine profile.

One of the common traits of this wine is the fruit forward, inky dark color and an aromatic nose. The wine is bold but elegant and well balanced. We source our Cabernet Sauvignon from multiple vineyards and sub-applications as the base wine; we blend Merlot and Malbec to refine the wine. We only use 100% new French oak barrels.
