My passion for wine began 20 years ago while working as a Lab Intern for Robert Mondavi Winery. Under expert tutelage, I learned how to make superior quality wines and have been a passionate student ever since. I was fortunate to have met Robert Mondavi while working at his winery. His enthusiasm and love of wine have become a permanent part of me; I am just as passionate about wine as I was 20 years ago and always will be.

After years of carefully planning, my winemaking dream is coming true. Patel Winery is currently using a custom crush facility to produce our wine, bringing me one step closer to my goal of producing Bordeaux–style red wine from a winery of my own.

Great wine originates in the vineyard. At Patel Winery we use only handpicked, hand–sorted grapes from premiere Napa Valley vineyards. This is where we begin the meticulous process that transforms our product from fruit to wine.

Currently, our limited productions are sold through our mailing lists, but in the future, enthusiasts will be able to find us in a growing number of fine restaurants and premium retail wine stores.
