2020 Sauvignon Blanc, Rutherford
Our 2020 Sauvignon Blanc was harvested at night, pressed whole cluster, then aged on lees for 18 months in 100% French Oak. Barrel fermenting this wine presents a sweet, rich texture integrated with barrel spices. Aromatics of sweet white flowers and a hint of pineapple surround a balanced acidity.
The Sauvignon Blanc fruit was picked prior to the 2020 Glass Fire and the only wine we produced in 2020.
