Barrel fermenting this wine presents a sweet, rich texture integrated with barrel spices.  Aromatics of sweet white flowers and a hint of pineapple surround a balanced acidity.

A blend between the Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon creates elegant red fruit characteristics including Bing cherry, and red plum. 

This full-bodied Cabernet delivers satiny layers of blueberry and blackberry fruits, segueing to more savory earth, crushed stones, fresh cedar, and sagebrush. 

Classic blackberry, graphite, and hinting at beautifully vivid wild herbs along with a touch of graham cracker crust and chocolate. This Coombsville Cabernet finishes long, with savory earth notes, followed by crushed stones and hinting at baker’s chocolate, cassis, and dried violets.
