Sourced from some of the finest vineyards in Atlas Peak, Coombsville, Rutherford, and Napa Valley, each PATEL wine is passionately crafted to express the uniqueness of its terroir and exhibit a distinct individual personality. Since our inception in 2007, our singular focus has been to produce the most expressive Bordeaux-varietal wines possible, from Napa Valley's finest vineyards.
Our 2019 Sauvignon Blanc was harvested at night, pressed whole cluster, then aged on lees for 18 months in 100% French Oak. Barrel fermenting this wine presents a sweet, rich texture integrated with barrel spices. Aromatics of sweet white flowers and a hint of pineapple surround a balanced acidity.
A blend between the Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon creates elegant red fruit characteristics including Bing cherry, and red plum.
The 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon (Napa Valley) is a powerful, heady wine. A healthy dollop of Malbec (13%) adds notable fruit intensity. Raspberry jam, cinnamon and rose petal all flesh out in this sumptuous, racy Cabernet. Silky tannins add to its considerable immediacy and overall appeal.

The 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Coombsville is bright, vibrant and full of character. Crushed rocks, lavender, blood orange, inky dark fruit and cinnamon all take shape in a wine that balances richness and vibrancy, essentially what makes Coombsville so special.
