2019 Sauvignon Blanc, Napa Valley
Our 2019 Sauvignon Blanc was harvested at night, pressed whole cluster, then aged on lees for 18 months in 100% French Oak. Barrel fermenting this wine presents a sweet, rich texture integrated with barrel spices. Aromatics of sweet white flowers and a hint of pineapple surround a balanced acidity.

The fruit for this wine comes from a single block of a vineyard in Rutherford. Much like a white Bordeaux, the wine aged for 18 months in 100% French oak, then aged an additional 6 months in bottle before release.
