2010 Red Wine Napa Valley

PATEL 2010 Red Wine is made to be approachable in its youth we suggest decanting for maximum expression, cellaring the wine a few years is recommended. The 2010 Red Wine has a deep dark red color with a ruby garnet hue. The nose expresses a lovely combination of red and black fruits, with subtle integrated toasty oak notes that add layers of complexity to the aromatic profile. On the palate, the wine is refined, well balanced and structured. There is nice fruit intensity that compliments the soft tannin level that frames the finish. The merlot for the 2010 Red Wine comes from Tourmaline Vineyards in Coombsville located at the southeastern end of the Napa Valley. It should drink well for 10 or more years.
